John Matthews: Handling the Sale of Brodie Holland & Sarita Stella-Holland's Home

CELEBRITY couple Brodie Holland and Sarita Stella are selling their trendy Moonee Ponds pad.

Holland said the pair had bought a four-bedroom home in neighbouring Ascot Vale ahead of the April birth of their twin boys.
The retired Magpie and his model wife have lived at 7 Normanby St, Moonee Ponds, for five years.
"It's the first house we lived in as a family and we absolutely love it," he said.

"But we've got a daughter, Stevie, who is nine months old and, with twins coming soon, we just felt we needed that extra bedroom and some more space for the kids to play in when they get that bit older."
The three-bedroom single-fronted Victorian home has been stylishly renovated and sits on a deep block with a lap pool extending from a sheltered rear al fresco entertaining area into a landscaped rear yard.
Interior highlights include a luxurious marble-tiled bathroom with spa and a new stone kitchen adjoining a spacious open living and dining area set beneath chapel-inspired vaulted ceilings.
"The house itself has a great feel to it but we have also loved being a one-minute walk away from the Union Rd cafes, and it's a great family area despite the fact that its only 6km to the city," Holland said.
Nelson Alexander's John Matthews said he expected the property to fetch close to $900,000 at auction.
Holland said he had been busy running his personal training business, Brodie Holland's Fitness Team, and was working on launching an online sports channel with ex-Demon Russell Robertson.
